Cancellation policy

To reserve your accommodation at the Villa Dol we kindly ask you to send your request by email. We will reply to your request, in principle, within 24 hours.

After we confirm your reservations, we will forward an invoice for a 30 % advance payment; we kindly ask you to pay it within a period of 3 days to guarantee your reservation, and forward to us the bank confirmation of your payment, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled without prior notice. We kindly ask you to pay the outstanding amount of the invoice at the latest 30 days before arrival. Each time, we will issue you with written confirmation of your payment.

If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your stay, we will return the advance payment.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before your stay, we will not be able to refund your advance payment or any other amounts paid.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to prevent the loss which could eventuate in the event of cancellation of your reservation. In the event that your desire to cancel your reservation and switch it to another time period, we will do our best to accommodate you. Insofar as you would like to transfer your reservation to someone else, we may accept it under the same conditions provided for you, with the discretionary right to know who our new guests are. We kindly ask that all your requirements in relation to reservations always be in written form.

At the time of confirmation of your reservation and payment of the first amount for accommodation, you expressly confirm that you are acquainted with the general terms and conditions, and that you are in acceptance thereof.
